Spearheaded by Eddie Hearn as Chairman, Matchroom was founded in 1982 by President Barry Hearn OBE with now over various sports in a diverse portfolio that includes Boxing, Darts, Pool, Netball, Gymnastics, Ping Pong, Poker, Ten-Pin Bowling, Fishing, and Snooker.
