Our latest signing is the return of a familiar face and someone we are keen to welcome home. Welcome back James Love.

A product of our successful youth scheme, James was an integral part of the club’s successful play-off winning squad. He subsequently went to play for Chelmsford City in the National League South before playing for Aveley. Over the years he has won player of the year awards at numerous clubs and been a fans favourite for the tireless effort he puts into his performances.

Blues manager Adam Flanagan says “Luvey was a major part of the success we previously had at Brentwood and it is fantastic that he has agreed to come back to us having last been part of the Aveley side that finished 2nd in our division. He started his senior football at this club and is equally a great person as much as he is a great player.”
